Weyside Urban Village - Phase 1 and 3 Infrastructure

This Infrastructure Works package forms part of the wider 'Weyside Urban Village' (WUV) masterplan delivering circa 1,550 dwellings, a local centre comprising retail, healthcare, community, and nursery, flexible employment space , a new Council Depot and associated road infrastructure, landscaping and amenity space. This infrastructure works package is for Phase 1 and 3 Infrastructure works comprising surveys, demolition, site clearance and remediation, drainage infrastructure, attenuation basins, utility infrastructure, highways and non-motorised user works. The infrastructure works are being delivered by Guildford Borough Council to enable the future delivery of houses on these phases.
