Tender description

Children's services are required to deliver against the Improvement Plan following the Ofsted ILAC inspection outcome of Inadequate in 2024. Front line managers need to be equipped to support Social Workers in improving social work practice, and supporting consistently improved outcomes for children and families. Work will focus on evaluating and then creating a development programme for the following.
