Tender description

Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR), (the “Contracting Authority”) invites submissions to this request for tender (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the development, implementation and on-going support for FactoryXChange Platform as a Service (PaaS) for eCommerce. This platform aims to streamline the booking, payment and fulfilment of digital transformation services across Ireland and Europe, enhancing operational efficiency, compliance and scalability for multiple stakeholders including end clients, service providers, and administrators. The existing www.factoryxchange.ie platform functions as a marketplace, featuring manual booking processes, spreadsheet-based inventory management and disjointed communication workflows.
