Tender description

A Roof inspection of HSDU Roof indicates that the existing waterproofing system is in a poor condition and shall be stripped back to the existing deck. Natural ageing has played a principal part in the deterioration of the single ply membrane roofing system.From the inspection carried, out the existing waterproofing system has exceeded its serviceable life, and it is to be immediately refurbished.
