Waste Management Facility – External Envelope Erect & Install Package

Tender description

This project covers the erection and installation of the structural steel frame and external envelope for the new Falkland Islands Government Waste Management Facility (WMF) in Stanley. The works include the on-site assembly of the Employer-supplied primary steelwork, installation of wall and roof cladding systems, doors, windows, rooflights, louvres, and associated fire-stopping and secondary steelwork to deliver a complete weather-tight building envelope. The package excludes the design and supply of materials, which have been procured separately under the Design & Supply contract. The objective is to complete safe, efficient, and high-quality installation in line with Ramboll’s Stage 4 design intent and RSK Falkland Islands’ programme for mid-2026 completion.
