Rectification of defects in both new build Home Ownership & Rented properties that arise outside the Defect & Liability Period, this includes Common repair types such Joinery repairs (e.g. Kitchen units, doors), Rectification to flooring, window and door adjustments, Electrical issues (e.g. broken lights, sockets, power tripping, ventilation), Plumbing faults (e.g. leaks, pipework, taps), Bathroom sanitaryware replacements, Painting, decorating and plastering, Minor cosmetic repairs identified as latent defects ## Contract award
