Framework for minor civils work Lot 1: Southern Water intend to award a framework contract for General Civil Engineering and Building Works. Tenderers should note that the works will comprise planned and reactive work. Which will cover the South East region, therefore at least a minimum of 3 Suppliers will be awarded. Work to be carried out, but are not limitied to - Paths – concrete, block paving, shingle, type 1 Plinths/Slabs/Concrete Bases (including type 1 temporary) Ducting Core Drilling Concrete Repair/Construction - including coping stone repair, steps repairs and pours, pump and pipework pads Fencing and Gate Installations including security bollards Road Reinstatements and Resurfacing, Kerb laying and line marking works Chamber Constructions – brick and or concrete construction General Investigations Works – trial digs, water leaks Drainage including French drain – ACO Manhole Repairs and Replacements – ranging from basic duct covers to man entry w/security grids Erosion Control (Riverbanks) and outfall pipework Structural Surveys General Building Works, Roofing Structural Design & Build Demolition Muck away – recycling Kiosk Install
