There is a need to deliver Specialist Equipment that is not currently contracted to improve the ability and function of residence of London Borough of Harrow, within their home environment. The Specialist Equipment include Through floor Lifts, Ceiling Track Hoists, and Steplifts which will enable the disabled person within the household to be assisted and maintain their independence, ensuring access to facilities and the external environment is not restricted.
