Work done so far Delivered the CoE through a full Agile lifecycle from Discovery - Alpha - Private Beta - Live, which included discovery of user needs and business problem definition, ideating and testing variations of CoE service adoption, testing and implementation of the CoE as a service, configuring and extending the CoE toolkit. We have undergone a comprehensive maturity assessment to baseline the state of Power Platform adoption, designed and implemented strategies and policies around the management of Power Platform resources, such as but not limited to environments, DLPs and licenses. We have implemented automated monitoring on Power Platform adoption and housekeeping of Power Platform resources. We have designed a business change plan to implementing our service, Theories of Change and OKRs to monitor our progressand a Power Platform Strategy to define our vision in maturing the service. Which phase the project is in Beta Existing team The existing team is a internal FCDO team comprised of engineering, architecture, admin and service design capabilities. Over the life of this contract, you will help us craft a library of enterprise-grade, reusable, templatized apps, a WCAG-compliant design system, backed by enhanced monitoring and telemetry that surface real-time product health, usage and impact metrics to inform RoI insights. You will also design and deploy robust business-impact framework, complete with agreed KPIs, data collection models and reporting to evidence the value of every investment in the Platform. On the operations side, you will automate critical governance and administrative tasks through parametrized scripts, flows and CI/CD pipelines, and adeliver a live Tenant Health dashboard so the CoE can scale with confidence. Finally, you will lead a comprehensive maturity reassessment and legacy remediation effort, auditing our existing portfolio for risk and technical debt, co-designing a prioritized transition roadmap, and advise the CoE on a best practice approach to supporting product teams transitioning their solutions into the CoE-approved architecture and processes. To succeed, your team must bring deep expertise in Power Platform as a service, the Centre of Excellence, and Power Platform engineering, with proven experience in standing up and maturing enterprise CoE's.
