Call for Tenders for the provision of Hot Meals to Primary Schools under the Department of Social Protections School Meals scheme to Shandrum National School 11496T

Tender description

The Board of Management of Shandrum National School 11496T invites tenders for the provision of catering services to provide Hot Meals to the students of Shandrum National School, Newtownshandrum, Charleville, Co Cork in full compliance with the Department of Social Protections DSPs School Hot Meals Scheme. Shandrum NS requires that the services are made available each day of the school year for a total of 147 students. Provision of services will begin at the earliest practicable date in academic year 2025 2026 specific date to be agreed and subject to confirmation of funding.The school calendar will be furnished to the successful Tenderer at the beginning each school year. Please note that it is a mandatory requirement that tenders are submitted on the basis that all meals will be prepared and delivered in accordance with service delivery model number 1 Meals Pre Prepared Off site and delivered ready to eat. No service delivery model or meal options other than that listed above will be accepted. Mandatory Site Visit, All tenderers are required to visit the school by appointment only prior to submitting it's tender.
