The establishment of a Panel for the supply and delivery of Food Supplies for the Commi Chef Apprenticeship in Cavan Institute under the auspices of Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) such as but not limited to Fresh Meat, Fresh Poultry, Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Herbs, Fresh Spices, Sauces, Vinegar, Wines, Dried Goods, Dried Fruit, Seeds, Nuts, Fresh Dairy and Eggs. In the event that other schools or centres under the Contracting Authority require items that are the subject of this competition, they may place orders with the successful panel members.
