Tender description

Northumberland National Park Authority are currently out to tender for the refurbishment of Alwinton Toilet Block to modernise it and enhance its accessibility for disabled users . The toilet block is situated in the village of Alwinton, approximately ten miles to the northwest of Rothbury (NE65 7BP). The project is funded by the North East Combined Authority Investment Fund and by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and the Rural England Prosperity Fund, with the North East Combined Authority as the lead authority. The project must be fully completed and invoiced by no later than November 2025 to comply with the availability of the funding. Earlier completion would be desirable
