Tender description
To provide valuations by a RICS Chartered Surveyor of 30 domestic dwellings in accordance with the RICS Red Book Global Standards. These valuations should provide the Market Value of a notional Freehold interest as per an agreed red line boundary and no valuations should be negatively impacted by the proposed redevelopment in the area.
