Tender description

The work involves the provision and installation of a prefabricated modular storage unit situated on the rear grassed area of the existing council office building. This will involve the full fabrication and delivery of the modular structure, which is to be positioned on appropriately prepared pad foundations. As part of the installation, the unit must be connected electrically to the existing building to ensure full integration with existing services. In addition to the structural and electrical works, the Contractor is to carry out the necessary groundworks to lay new paving, providing suitable access to and around the modular unit
