Public Health Wales requires an experienced provider to assist us in designing and implementing a practical and interactive workshop that will be rolled out to all our people managers. This workshop will bring together all the strands of our culture blueprint and will give managers the confidence and capability to lead and support the embedding of our ideal culture. to lead and support the embedding of our ideal culture across the employee lifecycle within their local teams and directorates. This work is a key part of our People Strategy and will ensure Public Health Wales is recognised for not only what it delivers for the population of Wales, but what it delivers for its workforce, contributing to becoming an employer of choice.
