Tender description

The Scottish Government requires independent financial and commercial advice to support the consideration of the institutions funding request, and early implementation. Due to the nature of the project, the adviser will be required to work flexibly with the Scottish Government and the Scottish Funding Council (SFC) and adapt its work as the project develops. The scope of work will be supplied using a Statement of Work Ordering Procedure as agreed by the Scottish Government and the Commercial Advisor for each requirement. The purpose of each Statement of Work is to agree the time, price and quality of, and other relevant details in connection with, the specific Deliverable(s) to be achieved and Services to be delivered by the Commercial Advisor. Lot 1: The Contract was award via a mini-competition via the Crown Commercial Service's RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework 3, Lot 4 Finance.. The Contract is awarded for 1 year with the option to extend for an additional year. The Contract ceiling value including extension options is up to 900,000 GBP
