Tender description

The proposed works involve re-cladding, and insulating the external walls, replacement of existing windows, and the replacement of the existing asbestos crystotile roofing with new profiled metal roof sheets, along with renewal of the rainwater goods. Some adjustments to the window pattern will require localised internal finishes to be altered and made good. Lot 1: As per tender documents.
