Provision of Expert Services in the Area of Crypto - Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR) for the Central Bank of Ireland

Tender description

The Central Bank of Ireland offers interested service providers the opportunity to tender for a place on a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of expert services in the area of crypto assets for Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). The Competition covers two separate lots. Lot 1 relates to Crypto Asset Services Providers (CASPs). Lot 2 relates to Asset Referenced Tokens (ARTs) and Electronic Money Tokens (EMTs).The duration of any Framework Agreement is intended to be two (2) years, although the Central Bank has the right to terminate them earlier. The Central Bank also has the right to extend the duration of any Framework Agreement by any period or series of periods up to a total of two (2) years, so that any Framework Agreement may ultimately have a maximum total duration of four (4) years.
