Demolition of existing variable height (max eight storey) building. Removal of waste post demolition from the grounds. Reinstatement of ground back to grass or similar. Lot 1: Demolition of the existing (max eight storey) building. Removal of existing concrete slabs including all underbuilding and foundations. Protection of existing services while works proceed. Maintain pedestrian and transportation routes to surrounding businesses. Asbestos surveys to areas currently un-surveyed. Removal of asbestos materials and items identified. Removal of existing boundary retaining walls, grubbing up of paved and tarmac areas as identified and detailed on the contract drawings. Removal of trees, underground services and drainage as identified and detailed on the contract drawings. Backfilling of all excavations to leave the surface level and free from trip hazards. Top soil and grass-seeding.
