Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a Contractor to carry out the Construction of a multi-functional greenspace providing for natural play and activity space. The developments will also improve active travel connections within a long-term area of vacant and derelict land at Belltrees, Ferguslie Park, Paisley.
