Contract for the Provision of Telecommunications Management Service and Telecommunications Support Service

Tender description

UCD invites tenders for Lot 1 - Telecommunications Management Service to manage the fixed and mobile telecommunications infrastructure and services at UCD and Lot 2 - Telecommunications Operations Support Service to provide helpdesk support for the University’s community of users. Tenderers are permitted to tenderer for either or both of the above Lots. The following infrastructure, systems and services are provided across the UCD Campus Sites and are included in the scope of the Service: a) Telephone cabling infrastructure b) Fixed and mobile public network links c) Fixed and mobile CPE d) Avaya Voice systems e) Avaya voicemail system f) Avaya Voice Management system g) Avaya Unified Communications systems h) Ringmaster Cost Control system i) Fixed and Mobile public network telecommunications services The UCD Campus Sites covered by the Service are as follows: a) Belfield, Dublin 4 b) Belfield Park, Belfield, Dublin 4 c) Newstead, Belfield, Dublin 4 d) University Lodge, Belfield, Dublin 4 e) Blackrock, Carysfort Avenue, Dublin 4 f) St Vincent’s Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin 4 g) Mater Hospital, Eccles Street, Dublin 7 h) Newman House, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 i) Lyons Estate, Celbridge, Co. Kildare
