Tender description

North Northamptonshire Council ("NNC") is seeking potential providers for the delivery of the supply and installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV Panels across 3 Council buildings. The project will involve replacing gas boilers with Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and installing solar PV panels to support delivery of NNC's Decarbonation Project. Lot 1: Corby Cube (George Street NN17 1QC) and Corby Swimming Pool (Parkland Gateway George Street NN17 1QC) The works comprise of decarbonisation works to the Corby East Midlands International Pool and the Corby Cube. The potential providers is referred to the tender documents including drawings and specifications for a full description of the works, but these briefly comprise of the following: natural gas supply systems, in-direct hot water storage supply systems, ASHPs, LTHW heating, mechanical ventilation, LV installations, earthing & bonding, fire detection and alarms, solar PV installations, new electrical supply, associated builders works, and an external compound fencing and groundworks. Lot 2: Desborough Leisure Centre (Ironwood Avenue NN14 2JJ) The works comprise of decarbonisation works to the Desborough Leisure Centre. The potential provider is referred to the tender documents including drawings and specifications for a full description of the works, but these briefly comprise of the following: natural gas supply systems, in-direct hot water storage supply systems, ASHPs, LTHW heating, mechanical ventilation, LV installations, earthing & bonding, fire detection and alarms, solar PV installations, new electrical supply, associated builders works, and an external compound fencing and groundwork
