Tender description

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Domestic Appliances for use primarily in the education market and social housing. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. YPO also wish to establish an agreement where the end customer will place orders directly with the Provider on a “contract” basis and the Provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Lot 1: Welfare This Lot will cover various types of fridges, washing machines, tumble dryers, gas cookers, electric cookers, microwaves and air fryers to be delivered direct to the end user. Lot 2: Cooling This Lot will various fridges and freezers to be delivered direct to the end user Lot 3: Cooking This Lot covers various gas and electric cooker and ovens to be delivered direct to the end user. Lot 4: Washing This Lot covers a range of dishwashers, washing machines and dryers to be delivered direct to the end user. Lot 5: Small Domestic Appliances This Lot covers various small domestic appliances to be delivered direct to the end user. Lot 6: Water Coolers This Lot covers various kettles and water boilers to be delivered direct to the end user Lot 7: Televisions and brackets This Lot will cover various televisions and associated equipment to be delivered direct to the end user. Lot 8: Contractual This Lot will cover a full range of products that may reasonably fall under the heading of Domestic Appliances to be delivered direct to the end user.
