Tender description

ETZ Ltd has a requirement to appoint a company to complete the refurbishment work on the Energy Transition Skills Hub (ETSH). Lot 1: ETZ Ltd has a requirement to appoint a Main Contractor to undertake the internal re-fit & refurbishment and external refurbishment works to the ETSH per the designs and specifications presented with this tender. As part of the Main Contractors role you will be required to accept the appointed M&E contractor for the M&E installation; you will be required to coordinate the M&E installations as part of the main contract works and manage their works within the main contract.
