Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) are seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the A2D - Warden Call, Door Access and Automatic Door Operators Contract. Lot 1: Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) are seeking contractors to Undertake the removal of the current Warden Call & Door access systems & cabling within the courts. Supply & installation of new digital Warden call & door access systems & cabling. BHA require a comprehensive end to end service comprising of supply of all equipment, installation, ARC monitoring and repairs & maintenance of all equipment & installation.
