University House Refurbishment Project - Phase 1

Tender description

The University is the single occupier of University House. The building houses professional services and student break out spaces. The building is located to the North of the Peel Park campus. In order to manage the University’s financial year end spend deadline, it is proposed the project will be split into two phases of work. The works have been prioritised by the end-users and split across the two phases. The University wish to undertake Phase 1 in the 2024/2025 financial year.<br /><br />Overview of Works<br /><br />• The refurbishment of the building entrance lobby <br />• The relocation of the existing reception area, including the supply of a new reception desk<br />• The reconfiguration and refurbishment of the large atrium area<br />• The formation of a wellbeing area located on the lower ground floor<br />• The relocation of the UniTemps team
