Request for Information for the Supply of Food and Beverages for Corporate, Venues and Schools in North Yorkshire

Tender description

North Yorkshire Council (the Council) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the number of potential suppliers in the market, and to assist with the drafting of one or more potential future tender opportunities for the supply of food and beverage provision across the Council, its venues and schools. Following local government reorganisation and the formation of the new Council on 1 April 2023, the Council now brings together several services and venues under one organisation all requiring the procurement of food and beverage provision. The scope and range of requirements are significant and varied, and the Council are seeking information from interested suppliers to inform a future procurement approach that will meet the Council’s needs in a manageable way while also ensuring best value for money.
