Reinstatement of the fire damaged section of the building and facility, to provide a fully functional workshop for the repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles, plant, machinery and the introduction of MOT and Taxi testing centre, fleet vehicles including HGVs and privately owned vehicles. The work include the design and construction of a reception activity area for the MOT.
