Tender description

General Practice core services as defined by NHS England to be delivered from the Northern Medical Centre, Holloway Community Health Centre, N7 8GG. Lot 1: The Service is to provide caretaking GP Services from the Northern Medical Centre at Holloway Community Health Centre, 11 Hornsey Street, London N7 8GG. The contract is to be awarded to the existing provider following a Direct Award Process C. The term of the contract is from 1st May 2025 to 31st March 2026. The approximate value of the contract over the 11-month term is £1197271. The 11-month extension will be on the existing terms (subject to global sum uplift): £109.34* per weighted patient (pwp) plus a caretaking premium of £20.00 pwp and £5,000 pcm management fee, therefore approximately £125.56 pwp (for the proposed 11m caretaking period)
