CAR PARK REFURBISHMENT SPECIFICATION FOUR SEASONS MULTI-STOREY CAR PARK, MANSFIELD

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC), The Four Seasons MSCP is located in in the centre of Mansfield. This car park is linked to the Four Seasons Shopping Centre on Quaker Street. This building is used as a pay and display multi storey car park. The ground floor to this property is part of the Four Seasons Shopping Centre. Floors 1 – 3 are occupied by car park spaces, with each floor divided into 2 sections labelled A & B. A representative number of test site locations were set-up across all areas of the car park. At each site, a range of diagnostic testing was carried out to multiple different elements of this property. In addition to the condition survey, diagnostic testing, along with adhesive testing to membranes and steel barrier condition surveys was carried out on a representative basis to the internal areas of the building.
