Tender description
This Tender was for the supply of Dairy & Bread and has been carried out in accordance with Schedule 7 (Re-Opening of Competition) of the DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) Agreement 2022/S 000-020877. More generally (subject to the order of precedence) set out in the terms of the DPS Agreement applied to this tender. This Tender covers products in the Dairy & Bread Categories on the Fresh Food DPS Agreement, and includes all requirements from these categories of food for the supply and delivery to KCHFT Sites
