Orkney Islands Council (“the Council”) has a requirement for the development of 4 two bed properties and 4 three bed properties as a Design and Build project on Contractor’s land in Stromness to social housing standards. Works will include obtaining approval from all required statutory bodies (including but not limited to local authority planning and building standards), site works, construction and external services required to fully access the site on completion..
