The objective of the PME is to gain market insight for the procurement of a Principal Contractor to deliver the Market Place project. RIBA 3 designs were approved at Cabinet on 17 July 2024 and are available in Appendix A. NELC are looking to gather feedback on how to progress from the start of RIBA 4 through to RIBA 7. 8.1. How to get involved We would appreciate it if you would complete the questionnaire at the back of this document and return it to us, via YORtender by 17.00 on Friday 31st March 2025 Should a procurement be issued, you will need to be registered with the government's Find a Tender Service (FTS) in order to submit a bid. Failure to register will lead to your submission being deemed non-compliant and rejected from the process. Further information about the FTS can be found here..
