Tender description

Places for People Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Repairs and Planned Works and Windows/Doors component replacements for a three (3) year term with the ability to extend the contract period by a further two (2) one (1) year periods at the Client’s sole discretion. Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Contract Notice. Lot 1: Repairs and Planned Works Region 1 Lot 1 – Repairs and Planned Works – Region 1; 1,849 properties in the DA, ME, CT and TN postcode regions. Lot 2: Repairs and Planned Works – Region 2 Lot 2 – Repairs and Planned Works – Region 2; 5,139 properties in the MK, SG, LU, HP, OX, SL, RG and AL postcode regions. Lot 3: Repairs and Planned Works – Region 3 Lot 3 - Repairs and Planned Works – Region 3; 3,901 properties in the NR, IP, CO, CM and SS postcode regions. Lot 4: Repairs and Planned Works – Region 4 Lot 4 – Repairs and Planned Works – Region 4; 10,296 properties in the PE and CB postcode regions. Lot 5: Repairs and Planned Works – Region 5 Lot 5 – Repairs and Planned Works – Region 5; 2,817 properties in the SP, BH, SO, PO, GU, RH and BN postcode regions.
