Tender description

The National Sustainable Mobility Policy sets out a strategic framework for active travel and public transport journeys to help Ireland meet its climate obligations. In support of this policy and in line with the objectives of Carlow County Development Plan 2022-2028 and Carlow County Council Climate Change Adaptation Strategy 2019-2024, Carlow County Council are keen to encourage greater use of active travel modes. To this end, Carlow County Council is inviting proposals from suitably experienced operators for the provision of an e bike share scheme in and around Carlow Town and Environs.
