Tender description

The Council are seeking offers from suitable contractors for mechanical & electrical upgrades to be carried out at Dumfries Ice Bowl. Lot 1: The project requires removal of current mains gas system and replacement with heat pumps with heat recapture technology and installation of innovative heat recapture dual circuit chillers linked to an air source heat pump.
