Tender description

House Exchange (Clarion Housing Group Ltd) currently provides the Council, and its HomeFinder Registered Social Landlord (RSL) partners a standalone, fully hosted web based mutual exchange system. The system allows tenants to register their interest in mutual exchange and upload details of their property, with part, or all of the information being made available to other registered and non-registered tenants. Tenants of the Council and HomeFinder RSLs can use the service free of charge and can register using home computers, laptops or mobile phones. Based on the information provided by the tenant, House Exchange generates automatic matches to other tenant’s properties. In addition, the system also allows tenants to search for potential matches
