Tender description

Under the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures Standard, the council is required to carry out an annual tenant satisfaction survey. We do not possess the necessary resources to conduct this in-house and we are therefore appointing an external market research company to conduct this survey on our behalf. The survey will be sent, by the supplier, by post to all tenants inviting them to respond, and the supplier will make subsequent telephone calls to tenants who have not responded to ensure that we meet the minimum response rate required by the Regulator of Social Housing.
