Holyhead LUF - St Cybi's Church (On-site Implementation)

Tender description

Following the success of the Isle of Anglesey County Council (IACC) bid for UK Government ‘Levelling-up’ (LUF) funding and following work to develop plans and gain the necessary permissions, Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance wishes to appoint a construction contractor to supervise and implement the works on site. In brief, the works comprise the following: • Various conservation works on the Grade I listed St Cybi’s church • The careful removal of items from the interior and the laying of a new floor with underfloor heating • The restoration of certain items into new positions, including historic floor tiles • The construction of an extension to the neighbouring Eglwys y Bedd and the restoration of its interior • Installation of carbon reduction technologies, including ASHP units and solar panels Please see attached specification document for more details.
