Tender description

National Highways are currently preparing the draft Strategic Business Plan (dSBP) for the third Road Investment Strategy (RIS3). This is scheduled to be completed by December 2023. Following the completion of draft Strategic Business Plan, National Highways objective is to secure funding for the third Road Period, which will be based on: - Development and delivery of the next version of the RIS3 Business Case (Business Case version 2) due for completion by July 2024 - Preparation of the final Strategic Business Plan by Autum 2024 - Finalising the Business Case (version3), by the end of 2024.
