The delivery of a responsive repairs and void refurbishment works contracts. Lot 1: The delivery of a responsive repairs and voids refurbishment work contracts. With A Hybrid Schedule of Rates and Average order value model for repairs and a schedule of rates model for voids. Whilst this PIN has not been set up as Lots, there will be 7 regional Lots when the Contract Notice is published and it is envisaged at this stage that tenderers will only be permitted to win a maximum of 2 regional lots, although this is subject to engagement. The exact value and location of the Lots is still to be confirmed, but it is envisaged they will include - 1. South West at 380000 a year, 2. West at 280000 a year, 3. South East at 800000 a year, 4. London region at 380000 a year , 5. The Midlands at 500000 a year, 6. the North East at 490000 a year and 7. The North West at 840000 a year. The contract term is likely to be either 3 years with the option for a further 2 years, or 3 years with the option for a further 2 years and another 2 years. The contract will commence in April 2025. The 21000000 value added to this PIN is based on the overall term for the maximum 7 years across the 7 Lots (subject to the above).
