Tender description
The project provides for the construction of a new educational campus that will comprise of two school buildings. Gaelscoil Riada a part one and two-storey, 16 classroom primary school with single class base SEN and ancillary spaces with total floor area of c. 2890sqm. Colaiste an Eachraidh a part one, two and three-story post primary school with 17 general classrooms, 12 specialist classrooms, Sports Hall, single class base SEN, and ancillary spaces with a total floor area of c. 6985sqm. Construction of ESB Sub-station and external stores. The development also includes the provision of external hard play areas, shared central grass play area, new access road with set-down, new carpark, covered bicycle stands, ancillary infrastructure works, including new vehicular access points and new pedestrian access, together with new boundary treatments and landscaping works.
