TEC Partnership - Immersive & Virtual Reality Spaces - AWARD

Tender description

This tender is being advertised for a period of 2 weeks only due to timescales with funding and having previously advertised this tender. It has been decided to split this into 2 lots, one for the immersive environment, one for the VR equipment. We require a complete immersive / virtual reality solution designing and implementing into four existing rooms, one at each of the colleges listed below, within the TEC Partnership. Each room is of different dimensions, so a site visit is required to each college to survey the rooms and to ask any questions. Attached to this document are the four rooms plans for each college. Please note that these plans are just an idea of where we would like the walls. It is up to the surveyor to accurately measure each room for design and costings. It is a requirement of the tender to have both the Immersive and VR solutions installed between 11th and 20th March 2024 at the Grimsby Institute campus only. This is to meet the terms of the project. We will require the invoices for payment immediately after the installation and commissioning of the equipment. The remainder of the rooms can be completed throughout the year with prices expected to be held. There may also be a requirement to work in conjunction with another company to align works and ensure the installation dates are met.
