Supply Chain Notice: FDIS – Catterick Passivhaus retrofit to 9 properties - FY2024/25 – Amey North Region

North Region – Northern England - Catterick Brief Scope of Works: • A whole-house, fabric-first retrofit of 9 no terraced homes to EnerPHit standard and certification (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT) • New roof coverings and insulation for a warm roof construction, strengthening existing roof structure with steel enhancements • Chimney demolition to below roof line • Photo-voltaic roof panels • New soffits, fascias and rainwater goods • External wall insulation with a mixture of brick slip and render finish • Triple glazed D&W • New canopies • New insulated ground floor slab to be constructed • Demolition of itemised internal walls • Insulated party walls • Full ASHP heating, hot & cold water system including replacement distribution pipework • Installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) • Electrical Re-wire • Full internal refurbishment including Joinery, plastering, kitchens and sanitaryware • New external SVP and waste pipes to be repositioned in front of EWI • Electric meter to be repositioned and gas disconnected • Itemised landscaping and fencing works Amey have been tasked by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the Future Defence Infrastructure Service to deliver the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central and North Regions. For Amey to accept any Expression of Interest it is ESSENTIAL that any subcontractor is: • willing to act as Main Contractor (essential requirement); • a member of Constructionline at GOLD LEVEL 3; • capable of working to MOD SFG20 (Pre-Planned Maintenance works only); • capable of working in a Building Information Management (BIM) Level 2 environment (where applicable); • compliant with DefStan 05-138 (required if you are likely to handle MoD Identifiable Information on your IT system); • willing to work with Amey to deliver Social Value to our Client.
