Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works. (Housing Estate) & Corporate Estate - Metalwork

Tender description

The Council intends to award x2 contracts for the provision of Metalwork for responsive repairs and void property works to the to the Council’s social housing estate and works to the Corporate Estate, the required service includes Out of Hours Emergency Works as is necessary for the Council to meet its repairing obligations as landlord. The contract will cover all metalwork items, ie balustrading, railings, metal gates/fencing etc The Contract will be let on an “all-inclusive” basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation as set out in the draft Articles of Agreement completed in accordance with the Contract Details included with the Procurement Documents. The Contract will be let for a period of 4 years, from the start date of the contract(s). To submit a valid tender for this contract your company must be able to undertake all workstreams contained within the Schedule of Rates and be able to undertake work in both void and occupied properties.
