MQI Seeks to appoint a contractor for the provision of refurbishment and fit-out works, The works will include the refurbishment and conversion of the basement to Ireland’s first Medical Safe Injecting Facility (387 sq.m.), demolition of existing and construction of new Bathroom block (77 sq.m.), construction of new sheltered off-street Queuing Area and the construction of new single Storey Entrance Block.
