Tender description
North Northamptonshire Council will potentially seek to run a procurement process for the complete refurbishment of two properties in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire. Fire damage was sustained to 2no. bungalows (No.17&18) Hawthorne Close in 2022. Extensive damage was caused to the properties and they require structural/asbestos surveys and full refurbishment.
