NHS Devon Integrated Care Board - Community Mental Health Services

Tender description

NHS Devon has commissioned a range of community mental health services from Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The parties are working together in developing the Devon Mental Health, Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Provider Collaborative, which will include a number of the services included within this procurement. They are the only capable providers of the range of services that they provide and as such in order to secure needs of patients, a Negotiated procedure without prior publication was followed and justified under Public Contracts Regulations 2015 32(2)(b)(ii) Devon Partnership NHS Trust have been awarded a contract for the period 01/04/2023 - 31/03/2026 with a total value of £187,333,000. . Lot 1: NHS Devon has undertaken to commission a range of community mental health services from Devon Partnership NHS Trust. They are the only capable providers of the range of services that they provide and as such in order to secure needs of patients, a Negotiated procedure without prior publication will be followed and justified under Public Contracts Regulations 2015 32(2)(b)(ii) Devon Partnership NHS Trust have been awarded a contract for the period 01/04/2023 - 31/03/2026 with a total value of £187,333,000. Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but are instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77). The procurement process began prior to the implementation of the Provider Selection Regime, therefore the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 remained the applicable legislation.
