Repairs & Improvement Works to Void Social Housing Properties.

Tender description

As members of EN:Procure, Chesterfield Borough Council (the Employer) has selected the EN:PRocure Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair works (GEN4), to procure repair and improvement works to social housing properties that are owned or managed by the Employer and within Chesterfield Borough Council Boundaries. The Works are let under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 (with Employer's Amendments) with an initial period of 12 months commencing on 21st October 2024 with an option to extend the contract up to a further 1nr, 12 months extension up to 20th October 2026, at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer. Due to low number of interest this Project contract has been awarded via Lot 30B - Whole House Internal and External Installation works Less than £3m (East Midlands) & Lot 31B - Whole House Internal and External Installation Works More than £1m (East Midlands) through a joint lot Mini Competition as part of the EN:Procure Framework Agreement for the provision of installation services, Repairs and Maintenance Framework dated 26th February 2024.
