Refurbishment works to campsite amenity building

Tender description

The National Park Authority are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake partial refurbishment works to a single storey campsite amenities building. Proposed works include the refurbishment of sanitary, tea point and washing up areas, associated MEP alterations, replacement/repair of external door sets, minor internal alterations to a plant room. A full tender pack including details of the scope and location of the works alongside drawings and specification can be obtained once an expression of interest is received by emailing beth.fenna@peakdistrict.gov.uk and requesting the tender pack reference 'North Lees Campsite'.
